Refund Policy

At Travojourney, our primary goal is to provide high-quality travel services that meet the expectations and needs of our valued customers. Understanding our refund policy will help you know your options in the rare case that you are unable to travel for any reason.

Notification of Refunds

Requests for refunds can only be submitted within 24 hours of your booking. After this period, all bookings become non-refundable.

Refund Conditions

While we strive to ensure that all flights operate smoothly, severe weather conditions that prevent flights from departing may necessitate a refund. However, refunds are subject to the terms set forth by the respective airlines, and Travojourney has no control over their final decisions regarding cancellations.

Flight Booking Refund

In the case of flight booking refunds, the process may take between 7 to 14 business days depending on the airline and payment provider. Any additional service charges or transaction fees will not be refundable.

For fully refundable tickets, cancellations made within the airline's policy window will receive a full refund, minus any applicable service fees. However, partially refundable or non-refundable tickets may only receive a partial refund, depending on the airline's policy.

If a flight is canceled due to circumstances beyond your control, such as force majeure events, please contact us immediately. We will work with the airline to facilitate the refund process, but please note that the final decision rests with the airline.
